How did that come about and what you learned?

Well, I was working as a chef director of three or four of the businesses.

The business had gone through a massive transition.

Gordon's father-in-law had been removed from the business and the business was in a lot of trouble because it was 2010.

Difficult time.

On the back of the Lehman issues and the financial crash, the whole fine dining sector had gone.

So that was gone.

So the big, huge spending, the fat cats of the city and spending like £44,000 at Petrus.

There was that story that came out back in the day.

So the wine and everything.

Yeah, which was happening all the time, you know, and that was regular.

And those businesses in that area or echelon, let's say, they were profiting brilliantly from that.

They loved that because people would come and spend incredible amounts of money.

So that had all gone.

And I was working as a chef director with so many of the businesses in the company.

So I was doing everything new anyway.

And

And Gordon and I had a conversation.

He said, look, I found someone to take over the group.

I said, okay, great.
