there's been rumors probably going on for the last five years so um it's uh not that i really caught it by surprise but um yeah i just woke up uh one morning and got a call woke up to a call by uh by stan and he was just telling me that there's a trade going on and um you know be ready for

for a call from pittsburgh and um then i got on the phone with kyle and it was an awesome conversation and uh yeah i got the whole lay down on what's going on getting the visas travel and all that stuff so um yeah it was really smooth okay uh skinner was also uh uh asked about being the change that stan bowman was looking for

I think in the moments that I've been in, there's not a moment that I didn't try to do my best in Edmonton.

So I don't have any regrets.

The way that I handled things, perseverance, strength, kind of go down the list of what I tried to do for the organization and more so just my teammates and my coaches and management.

So for me, I'm very proud of what I was able to do down there and

Could I have made an extra save or two?

Absolutely.

I'll probably say that here.

That's kind of part of being a goalie and being a person.

You keep on growing, keep on learning.

But I always did my best, and I will never stop doing my best.

I mean, yeah, I mean, I don't know.

There's a lot of noise, obviously.

So, the noise is around goalies, and that's probably just the... I don't know if it's fair or not fair.

I think it's just kind of part of the business.

It's a trade that needed to be done, and I think it's good for both teams.

To be honest, I don't really...

like I care more about where my work is and being able to be on a new team and this exciting moment.

So I'm not really thinking about if it's fair or not to me, it's, it's part of my life.
