This after his administration captured the country's leader, Nicolas Maduro.

He said the oil will be sold at market value and Energy Secretary Chris Wright will execute the plan with the proceeds being used to help the people of Venezuela.

The White House is organizing a meeting Friday with U.S.

oil company executives to discuss Venezuela.

Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle continuing to react to the U.S.

's military capture of Venezuelan leader Nicolas Maduro.

Republican Senator Eric Schmidt telling Fox.

The operation's been criticized by some world leaders and Democrats who argue it could lead to more potential military interventions.

And it comes as President Trump says he's discussing options for acquiring Greenland.

Meanwhile, concerns are growing about the fate of American prisoners being held in Venezuela.
