But I have like all of these memories of friendships and just running around.

It was a sort of a, you know, I don't know, it was a town maybe the size of this one.

We're in Margaret River, yeah.

Yeah, Margaret River, big enough to have all the stuff, but small enough to, you know, feel kind of cozy.

Like you can run to the outskirts of town and be in fields.

And I just remember like running loose with other kids.

and spending money on candy, and I guess I did schoolwork.

I don't even know.

But I just remember having a real life in that town.

I think I might have been doing the grocery shopping like Louisa does, because I have memories of going to the shopping store and buying things.

On your own?

Yeah.

And I don't... One of the abiding mysteries of my life is, was I speaking Japanese?

No one seems to know.
