First off, Linda, I've read your book ten years ago when I was studying for my masters in twenty sixteen, and can I ask you, how has your ideas stood the test of time since then? voice-verified

Well, one of the things that struck me about that when I read it was the suggestion you have to introduce a lot more breaks along the way. voice-verified

One could be living or sorry, working up until their seventies or even their eighties. voice-verified

And the only way to keep that sustainable is to make sure that you've got work-life balance in terms of cycles along the way. voice-verified

I run my own business and I can't just down tools, let's say, ten years in and say I'm gonna stop for two years and then pick it up again because what I would then have a big challenge around regaining that momentum in the pursuit of what exactly? voice-verified

One of the points in the book that struck me as well was the whole idea of retirement as we know it being outdated. voice-verified

And in nineteen oh nine my granddad O'Connor was born, my voice-verified
