Investors, regulators and policy makers are relying more than ever on climate data to assess financial risk. voice-verified

But new research suggests the models underpinning these decisions may be systematically underestimating the true economic damage of climate change. voice-verified

At the same time, a Deloitte review has found that more than two thirds of FTSE 100 companies had to revise their climate and sustainability metrics last year. voice-verified

That really raised fresh questions about how reliable corporate climate reporting really is at all. voice-verified

So I've come across a statistic a while ago that I have mentioned several times in the show, which is one in 20 buildings in Ireland is having trouble finding flood insurance as a result of climate related issues. voice-verified
