Quantum and numbers?

Well, talking about a lot of money, there was another big development this week as well, that there was a declaration that Ukraine is a security contributor.

This is new language that we haven't heard before.

and a two-year package worth 140 billion was committed to as well.

We have seen a change in the way in which Kiev is engaging with Moscow through the Ukraine-Russian war.

How significant is both the language and the monetary commitment to that over the past week, do you think?

And sticking with the language side of that, Pete Hegseth has said that countries are going to be put through this test.

Some will pass, he said, and some will fail.

And I've heard this being referred to as waiting for the other shoe to drop.

When we think about the narrative of that and the language in the national security strategy and the sentiment that has come out this week, where do you see America's

end point, we'll say, in the short term arising to in Europe.

Well, Ben, we do know that there has been a reduction in the US contribution to the NATO force model.

As you mentioned, we're looking at NATO 3.0 and perhaps this is the moment at which European leaders and indeed the vehicles available to them to look at things like joint procurement and thinking differently.

And then, of course, there's the other dimensions too of

cyber war or hybrid war.

There's so much here to look at.
