Good afternoon.
I'm Susan Rodriguez-McDowell, elected by the people of District 6.
Thank you, Mr. Chairman.
Can you just help me understand why it would only be rounding up and not rounding up and down like normal?
Okay, so the concern is that somebody might get two cents more than someone else if they got rounded down.
Okay.
Thank you.
Okay.
Thank you.
Thank you, Mr. Manager, for your comments.
I really do see what you were doing here, and I really do appreciate it.
The way, if I'm looking at these four options, for me, it's either baseline or number three.
And the difference in the cost is only 111 million between those two.
And I would really like to know what the cost of the leases are over time, like if you had a number of what those 150 staff, because I do think that's really important when we think about these aren't just locations that customers are coming to, it's where people are going to work.
And so I do think that's a really important consideration.
And these buildings double as the home of where our employees are working.
So if you can come back with sort of any kind of recommend or numbers around 111 million, how long would it take?
what the cost of leases is to make up the $111 million.
That's the difference between the baseline and the savings that this would represent.
I do think that slide 22 was a key slide.
