Other things that we would advise employers and interviewers to do is, you know, review the roles and the candidate profiles well in advance, you know, be really prepared for that meeting, start the interviews on time and, you know, ask consistent, relevant and very fair questions that assess both the technical and cultural fit.

And, you know, professionals will often share their experiences in relation to their interviews.
So, you know, it's important for employers to have those conversations being positive out there in the market.

But again, we do find that across multiple sectors and industries that the candidate experience is really, really important to the outcome, whether they decide to join an organisation or not.
And when there are so many pockets that have shortages right now, it's really, really important that employers are putting the best foot forward
in those meetings just to try and give themselves the best opportunity to secure the talent they want.
Well, to some extent, it's that candidates or professionals are very considered the same as organisations right now.
in relation to, you know, what position they go to next, you know, what the career opportunity that that presents for them is.
So I think it's more indicative just of how people are making decisions right now.
