Cauliflower, leeks, mushrooms, tomatoes, lentils, spinach, sweet corn and broccoli.
So but within that you can sort of look in the fridge and see what you've got left or the freezer for you know, frozen sweet corn's absolutely fine.
Whatever bitties you've got left.
And he's got he's constructed brilliant recipes round it that I absolutely love.
And given that we're in a heat wave, there are some corking salads there.
Because I don't know about you, but I just think oh God, you know I can't face another Maureen lettuce.
Um but
It's easy, that's the other thing, and not spending hours in a hot kitchen doing things.
So I completely commend this book to you High Fibre Heroes.
Because it's just delicious and like him or loathe him, and I know a lot of people are very irritated by him, not least his earring.
But I find him a real champion instead of just telling us what we should do, he helps us do it.
So that's my top tip for July.
