I looked at him today, he looked like a man that's got that passion back again.

And it's easy to say, but when you're in that technical area, and you know what it's like betting anybody's fan, it's tough.

But he looked like he was right up for the fight.

He seems to be associating himself well with the fans.

The players are identifying what he wants.

And he's got that passion back.

And I think that's what you need as a manager, because he's right up for the calls.

And they've got to fight.

That's what they need to do.
