So there was often weekends where we just raced or where I raced.

And then when I started the school program, of course my time was way less.

So I had a lot of intervals and I actually did start to like them as well.

So it was just one hour of like quick and dirty intervals.

I can just go out and I can feel so much like happier being on a bike because I don't need to be on my desk and don't need to do so many things.
