So I appreciate what Judge Fleming had stated earlier, and that was

being a good steward to the public purse and listening to what my colleagues have stated.

I would like for the sheriff's department to have those conversations with the school board.

I also have been listening to, um,

what our you know some of our principals and some of our teachers have been stating that they would like to see possibly different programs that the sheriff's office is working to to support them other than

what we've been discussing I know that moms demand action had come in and they had also stated about different things that you all could be working together with to support our schools so you know I appreciate you all coming but I will not be supporting this thank you you will not be supporting the motion

I would have to agree with Supervisor Letourneau on what he was saying.

I've been pushing to get a crosswalk construction program where there are certain areas

It's listed on a future projects list.

We could have a pot of money for that, so when our constituents come in and ask for crosswalks, that we'll be able to fund those.

We have to go through the process, of course, but to have that pot of money for that instead of waiting for a long time to get those done.
