If you can do, I mean, if you want to do vegan leather for ethical reasons, absolutely go off.

But leather or suede shoes are just going to last longer.

An old editor of mine, when I used to work at Grazia magazine, her one fashion rule was never buy cheap shoes.

I have certainly bought cheap shoes in my time and not regretted it.

I think you can buy cheap shoes and have a lot of fun with them, especially in summer.

But in winter, if you're chugging around in boots and you're commuting in, you know, shoes, try to, yeah, try to buy the best quality you can.

A shoe wardrobe even.

They're not like a one-off wear, but you can buy affordably.
