It was crazy.

I've never experienced anything like that in my life.

And I feel like it was just the trauma of the relationship and the breakup and then just, yeah, trying to deal with the public and everything after it.

It was just a lot.

So therapy was amazing.

I couldn't recommend it enough to everyone.

Which there's been a lot of really untrue things said.

So I just, I just like to let people talk because I don't really, I feel like a lot of people throughout my whole life, like they'll try to, you know, use my name or use me to leverage to get publicity essentially.

So I like to not give them any attention on that.

So I let them say and do whatever they want and I just keep living my life.

But yeah, dealing with any breakup is already like so difficult and then doing it in public with everyone with their assumptions and their opinions, it just makes it 10 times harder.

My older two are definitely very aware of it.

They get it.

I feel like they're so used to people coming up to us and, yeah, they're just very used to it now and they don't mind it at all.

They think it's a bit weird that people, like, know who I am.
