I feel like I had a lot of realizations after that of what was important to me and what I wanted in life and what really mattered.

And to me, that's just my health, my kids.

I don't need much to be happy.

My perspective has changed a lot, I feel like.

Oh, the experience was incredible.

Obviously, it's not something much people get to say that they have done, swim with sharks in the ocean in one of the most shark-infested

shockiest places i don't know even how to say that in the bahamas um it was such an incredible experience though and it was something that i feel like really tested me and everyone in so many different ways i feel like i really wanted to go on it to show myself and my kids what i could do um i was recently going through my divorce before that um yeah so very public breakup and

And this was sort of the confidence boost that I needed.

And I was like, if I could go swim with sharks, then I can literally do anything.

I love this.

Yeah, yeah, it worked.

It was great.

I've always been a little bit of a risk taker, a little bit of an adrenaline junkie, so I didn't know how I was going to go with this.

But yeah, it was definitely, I feel like it was what I needed.

Also just to get into a new environment, be around a new group of people, the other people on the show with me, not really people I would usually be hanging out with.

And we, you know, became such a little family and it was just incredible.

It was amazing.

It was really interesting because we all had sort of different levels of fear and things like that.

So it was more all of us just supporting each other to try and get through it together, which was really nice.

And yeah, a lot of us are very competitive.
