I feel like sometimes my friends tell me I can be quite a trusting person.
So I have to be a bit more careful sometimes because, yeah, not everyone has the best intentions, which is unfortunate.
I feel like definitely within the industry, from my experience, I would much rather be out with the sharks in the Bahamas.
A lot of my friends get really frustrated when they see certain things online because they're like, that's just not true.
who you are they want to like argue back for me and you know stick up for me and I always just tell them like no it's okay I feel like because they know me so well and they know how wrong people's perception of me can be sometimes like it really is frustrating to them as well
I'm not really sure.
I feel like for me, it's become better because since I am in the fitness industry, I feel like I have always had a lot of pressure to stay fit and look a certain way.
It's been part of my job and I've always felt like I have to be fit.
I have to
be in the gym all the time.
I have to be training.
I don't really see it that way anymore.
I'm a lot more relaxed with myself and I'm not putting that much pressure on myself anymore because it gets to a point where it's just not a healthy mindset and I can't put that pressure on myself.
And I don't want my daughters to feel that pressure anymore.
Yeah.
So I'm trying to have a much healthier mindset about it now.
I love going to the gym.
I love working out.
I love fitness, but it's not about the aesthetics really as it used to be for me.
Now it's definitely just more about my mental health and feeling good and just being healthy.
