You make games that are set in, you know, certain periods of time.
That's the point.
Like accurately reflect that period of time in its entirety.
And to avoid something as
big that defines our current period of time, this period of time, by saying we don't want to date it.
It just rings untrue.
Like I'm not saying that they shouldn't shouldn't do it or like they should have done it.

Like this is this is a game and a series that really plums the depth of like human depravity, the weirdness of humanity, the weirdness of society and how it is like skewed and manipulated into a caricature.
And if that's your thing, to avoid the one of the basically the, you know, North Star of making that happen in this day and age, it feels very
