And logic.

And that's where a lot of people get stuck, especially highly intelligent people.

And that's where I got stuck for a long time, too, because I was, like, stubborn.

And and so when you speak of that, that's they're making it mental.

They're making it more about the product of what they're doing rather than the experience.

And the experience is what draws them in and makes them present and aware and wholehearted.
