The incident in the Tiergarten Park near the city's Brandenburg Gate has left the German capital reeling.

With more events for Christopher Street Day, one of Europe's biggest annual LGBTQ Pride celebrations, cancelled.

At the time of recording, one person has been confirmed killed by emergency services.

And a manhunt is ongoing, with police identifying the suspected driver as Abdul B and publishing his picture.
