I I believe that character matters.

And that's part of that's always been my political part of my political identity.

And that's why I you know, that's why I was a never Trumper and quit the party and all of that, because character has to matter if it doesn't.

And that doesn't mean purity tests, like there's nuance, right?

Everybody, nobody's perfect.

And I think, like I said, redemption stories, people can relate to that.

But there's also a point where it becomes more than that.

And I think that it has to be authentic and people can vet that and that's fine.

I don't watch Morning Joe anymore.

Ever since Mika and Joe went down to kiss the ring after Donald Trump won the second time, I really don't give two fucks what they have to say about anything.

Because in my opinion, they've lost complete credibility.

in every way shape and form and that's part of the problem right there right there and then you want you know democrats want to come out and stand on principle and say oh you know donald trump is the biggest threat to our democracy he's like you know he's a fascist he's like you know hitler they make all those comments but now that he's elected we're gonna go down there and and be buddy buddy and make friends and make amends i'm sorry so i don't really care what mika brzezinski has to say about this and she's supposed to be someone who's who's supposed to be you know supports women

We're not in a court of law.

We're in a court of public opinion.

And people have a right to pass judgment.

And as citizens, we are in a position, we're supposed to use our judgment and pass judgment on who we elect as our representatives.
