He's literally putting his name on buildings like he is.
His mental state is so out of reality that that's why they do insulate him.

When he was bragging about the stupid UFC thing, this is bothering me because I live in DC and it's like, well, Northern Virginia.
And when I saw that thing, I just, it just tore my heart out.
Because as someone who's lived in the D.C.
area for 30 years and went to college four blocks away from the White House at George Washington, I still would revel at the beauty of D.C.
and the monuments and what they represent.
