I think the employee engagement market is really big.

And I think the fact that we can invest those capital into the growth and then we can own the market as soon as possible, I think is a super important advantage that we have to have as a company.

Uh, mainly 90% of company who don't end up working with us typically don't end up doing anything.

So biggest competitor, it's not direct.

But especially for the recognition side, the large players are companies like Achievers, Global Force, Aussie Tunners.

Those are like hundreds of millions of revenue companies.

Usually those are the companies we work with.
