That's up to you.
But I think what I really want to just make note of is that some people feel bad that they feel this way and they're going to have feelings maybe after listening to this podcast of regret of all the years that they've said negative things about their bodies or they've talked about other people's bodies.
But we just need to understand we're in this kind of melting pot of messages that has really driven this behaviour.
But the more of us that can talk about the alternative, and that's exactly what you're describing here, like that's a positive narrative and it's an interesting one to talk about.
We just need to keep our foot on the pedal of those interesting conversations.
I think the other thing I don't want to not mention is around health.
Just thinking about the shame thing for a moment, for such a long time,
There's been so many health messages that have made us feel bad about our bodies in hope that it will motivate us to look after our bodies.
And all of the data just shows us that it's the exact opposite.
So people who feel good in their bodies, they're more likely to move their bodies, eat fruit and veg, wear sunscreen, have a stable weight, and they're less likely to smoke and drink and vape and take illicit drugs and all the things.
So when I talk about this whole piece around
it's so good for you to embrace your body.
It's good for your mental health.
It's good for your physical well-being.
It's good for more representation of women in leadership roles.
There's not a reason we wouldn't want to embrace, and it's really important.
Yeah, that's right.
And I think that's, you know, again, honouring the body and the way that the body changes.
And if the metric was, am I healthy or unhealthy based on a number on a scale, that's a real slippery slope for people.
Similarly, I mean, I'm in the largest body I've probably been in, but, you know, I'm doing six chin-ups and I'm hiking and I'm running and I'm doing and my four kids have to keep up with me.
