I think, you know, I lost my brother to a heroin overdose a couple of decades ago now.
But I just, I reflect on
deeply on all of the people that I've loved and lost and just thought, God, they'd love the opportunity to be here, wrinkles and all.
And I think we kind of take it a bit for granted.
You know, we get 28,000 days to live and adventure and play.
It's actually just not a lot of time.
So we just need to, you know, my hope is that we can put this to rest sooner than later.
But I'm glad you said that quote because it's one of the things that probably fuels my passion and energy to do this work every day is that I have not met anyone who's learned to embrace their body and regretted it.
Like it feels very good.
There's not a single reason why you would not want to embrace your body.
Yeah, it's a really great narrative, isn't it?
And I'm glad you also mentioned about the choices that we have as women to do whatever we want to do with our bodies.
So, you know, from my perspective, it's always your body, your rules, my body, my rules.
Just because I decided not to have surgery doesn't mean I, you know, frown upon anyone who does.
You know, I've got lots of friends who get Botox, like whatever, just do whatever you want to do with your body.
