I mean, I think the first thing is the hardest thing for people to sit in the discomfort of how much
they've missed out on by hating their bodies.
I think we just, we have to acknowledge that to move us forward.
But when it comes to practical strategies, you know, as mentioned, functionality over appearance, self-compassion, yes.
I find reframing can be very powerful as well.
