I don't call them that.
But, you know, I hope everyone knows that part of the arm.
I think maths has introduced us to that ghastly term.
It's such a ghastly term.
We need to reframe that as well.
But, gosh, I used to hate my arms and I would hide them from the world because they were hideous.
And then the reframe on that is, oh, my gosh, I get to hug my kids with these arms or, you know, I get to do chin-ups with these arms.
I think that there are many reasons that people will connect with about the reasons they hate their body.
But I would ask people to dig a lot deeper and go, can you find a reason to be grateful?
And this is not hashtag gratitude.
This is appreciation.
This is deep appreciation for all the things that our bodies do for us.
And it's unfortunate that many people come to this realisation when they've got a terrible diagnosis, you know, a health diagnosis or someone that they love has passed.
Like, do we have to wait?
until these big moments to have that catalyst for change I don't think so I think it's what I mentioned before take some time out and go sit somewhere without a phone and just think about the question of how has hating my body held me back in my life and changed the experiences and the relationships that I've had and I think that could be a pretty big catalyst for people

But I guess that's part of the human experience.
Yeah.
We just go along.
