You know, like some of the stories we were collecting, you know, they were very powerful.
I really wanted it to open up a conversation that we had had sporadically over the years.
But, you know, back in 2013, I had to do a lot of explaining, like, what is body image?
You know, people weren't really talking about it as much as we are now.
I just think it was a great opportunity to share stories from women all around the world.
And it was an inspiration for so many because the stories that were being told were so powerful, that were so moving.
And we know as human beings that storytelling is a very powerful way to...
to feel differently about things.
And really proud that that particular film went through a study through Flinders University.
And now it's been published in a medical journal that it shows to increase body appreciation in women.
So not only were we getting, you know, good viewing and being entertained, it was actually changing the way that we appreciated our bodies, which we're very proud of.
Well, it's interesting because we were talking about magazines and photoshopping in 2016.
It's almost like taking a step back into yesteryear.
And now, of course, we're talking about AI and GLPs and all the things.
So, so much has changed.
The world has changed, but the opportunity still remains the same that
In another five or 10 years, there's going to be new things to contend with.
But at the end of the day, we're humans and we have bodies and we get to decide how we feel.

And I think it's just about empowering ourselves to not buy into the very powerful, you know, messages, trillion-dollar industries, beauty, diet, cosmetic, you know, they're coming for us, not all but lots, to try and make us feel bad and to try and set up a problem that they'll fix with a product.
