And they just involved us in conversations.
And I was always like a very curious kid.
I would ask 101 questions.
So they would just share it with us.
And my dad's very like loves a good spreadsheet.
So I'd always look at his spreadsheets as well and see his like analysis of things, which is really fun.
But yeah, it just like made it easy to learn about stuff because it was normal and I'd spoken about it with them already.
I've always been really good at saving.
And I guess because my parents have always worked towards building wealth openly with me, I was always like, cool, I want to save and I want to make money and I want to do these fun things as well.
I've got one side of the family that's quite wealthy and another side that's not.
And I saw the big difference between both sides of the family and identified pretty early on who I wanted to be and what I wanted to be like.
And I saw the opportunities that came with money as well, while also seeing how stressful being in a bad financial situation can be.
Oh, like literally everything.
So my, like, I don't want to call them, they are like wealthy, I guess.
But yeah, like one side of the family, they didn't have Foxtel.
They saved for everything.
They always like spoke about their purchases in advance and they invest in property.
The other side of my family kind of like spent on whatever they want.
They bought new furniture.
They did that thing where you like rent furniture, but you never actually like get to own it.
