And we want to catch that before it gets to that stage.

So I'm too far gone.

We got to bring you back in.

So we try to avoid that and just let our patients know that we are here for you.

You know, you are family.

And that's important when they feel like they're loved and, you know, their needs are being met, then it does make a difference.

Right.

So what happened was my grandmother, she was a very vibrant woman.

She ended up getting dementia and she got really, really sick.

And I felt the disconnection with her health care providers.

It felt like it was more of we got to get this done and this done and this done.

Just focus on the diagnosis as opposed to my grandmother as a whole.

So when I seen that, I was like, yeah, we got to do something different about this.

Like there has to be a different way that we could bring in the whole entire patient.

Look at the whole patient holistically and also work on the things that their ailments, their diagnosis and treatment plan.

So when she got sick and she passed away, that was my goal.

Like I wanted to make a change.
