Some bean lovers have taken to referring to themselves as the leguminati.
That's good.
I didn't make that up.
That was from the NPR article I read on bean-centric recipes.

Which, I mean, of all of us, I would assume you would be in the leguminati.
I mean, Laura literally sent me a list of 30 bean-centric recipes, and the first one I whipped up was a bean and broccoli Caesar salad.
That's good.
They're mostly cold bean recipes, right?
Going around.
Or are they hot beans?
They're both good.
I mean, as the weather warms up, you're going to want cold beans, I think.
Exactly.
