DHS Secretary Kristi Noem reacting to the shooting death of a woman who was trying to drive through an active ICE operation in Minneapolis the day before.
She said protesters continued to attack ICE officers and the officer believed his life was in danger.
Minnesota Governor Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Fry have called the DHS account propaganda and BS.
Mayor Fry saying the agent was, quote, recklessly using power that resulted in somebody dying.
The Trump administration's condemned the rhetoric, saying it puts agents in danger.
And Venezuelan leaders freeing some political prisoners in a gesture to seek peace after American forces captured President Nicolas Maduro and his wife this past weekend in Operation Absolute Resolve.
