I don't know that I'm always motivated.

Depends on what you talk about.

If it's making money, I'm usually pretty motivated.

If it's working out, you know, I have my ups and downs with it.

Mostly just being super busy.

It's hard to stay motivated to work out.

Have to get it in at least four days a week.

I used to do like seven, but now it's like, I'm OK.

I mean, the old Teddy would say, like, I'm not motivated.

I'm committed.

And that's how I 100 percent used to be.

And now I am definitely no longer in that place.

I my commitments have changed and my priorities have changed.

And so for me, it's just about like getting up.

Being able to do this, being able to say goodbye to my kids, being able to like everything has shifted when my health shifted.

And so, you know, I'm not going to give people false reality of how I am.

You know, like I haven't worked out in months.
