I think it's probably worth talking about if we're going to regulate something, is calling anything that is ultra-processed, anything that has one of these...
industrial processes or industrial chemicals in it unhealthy and bad for you and should have a warning label on it because a common sense understanding unless i'm missing something fundamental here norman that like wholemeal bread should just be slapped with the same warning label as a brightly colored breakfast cereal that's absolutely encrusted in sugar that just doesn't feel right to me

I wonder whether we need a better definition of ultra-processed than just the NOVA classification if we're going to have a useful discussion about what we do as an individual, like when I'm shopping at the supermarket, and then also what we do societally in terms of regulation and that sort of thing, because you're not going to slap the same warning label on whole grain bread as you would on a super sugary cereal or confectionery, something that is not necessary for a healthy diet.
So we mentioned our regulators already.

Those things are big.
Those wheels turn very slowly.
