Where do these protein powders land?
I'm curious, as I'm somebody who relies on them occasionally to fill in the gaps, but I'm also questioning whether this obsession with 1.6 grams of protein per kilo of body weight is a little pedantic.
Are these powders perhaps doing more harm than good?
If you can get what you need from a healthy whole food diet, that's obviously preferred, but I think in the end of the day, Fed is best.
