But as you say, he's 55 and sometimes people will emerge from prison fitter than when they went in because... I know while he was in prison, he ended up in hospital a couple of times because of the gunshot wounds he's had.

I don't think he's as fit and healthy as you would be.

He has not come out, you know...

He's a classic homebird.

Belfast and Northern Ireland is all he knows.

He doesn't want... His partner, Helen, who's stuck by him throughout, still lives here.

And she was always going over to visit him in jail.

I would be amazed if she was convinced to start a new life in England.

But...

Equally, how does he come back?

Well, you know, conflicting reports.

I mean, we were told that there's a bounty on his head already.

He says, I mean, he would be surprised if he came back here that he survived six months.

Basically because it means a ticking time bomb for various reasons and in various ways.
