Ab absolutely.
I think you're one hundred percent uh accurate in that statement and I and I do think that, you know, the the franchisors that have embraced um the resales as an opportunity are are benefiting benefiting from that now and will continue to benefit down as uh you know, as the amount of resales will uh will increase over time.
Oh wow, yeah, great.
Uh yeah, I I will join the masses and say that uh franchising was not on my radar uh when I uh when I came to to the position that I'm in.
Uh you know, my my career started while I was still uh in college.
I was recruited uh to work for a a of all things a a VHS video distributor.
Wait a minute.
Oh what?
A a VHS tape video distributor, right.
There may be some in our
Well, if they were if they were born in two thousand or uh or or later they probably don't.
And uh I I I it's kinda weird because i it's not often where you you have a a front row seat to both the the infancy, start of a of a of an industry, watch that industry grow to become
uh very much part of the of the fabric of mainstream America and then also see the demise of that all within probably a twenty or thirty year uh period.
But that's exactly what happened to to VHS.
Um but uh I was recruited out of college uh to to work for a video distributor and uh did that for for you know f thirteen, fourteen years.
Kinda kinda saw the uh the end of the uh of things starting to unravel early uh and decided that uh I wanted to have a little bit more control.
I wanted to become my own boss.
And so I went to the uh the local Sunbelt office in my in my uh market in Minneapolis, Saint Paul and uh
