Now, at his initial hearing in court today in Los Angeles, the Justice Department tried to restrict Don Lemon's travel, claiming he was, quote, a danger to the community.
The judge did not buy that for good reason and released Lemon without bail and without restrictions on his travel.
Now, after that hearing, Lemon gave the public his side of the story.
