So I went down to the office that Saturday, I told you, and I read about compulsive gambling.

I read DSM-IV and I read some of the other scientific literature that was online.

And I thought, this guy, I think he's telling the truth.

And everything I learned from there on confirmed to me that David Williams was telling the truth.

It seemed clear to me that the casino had to know that he was a compulsive gambler and that he was one of their favorites and they would put him up at night in the fancy suites and give him drinks and meals and all these things.

So I felt like they were taking advantage of him and I thought the evidence supported that and we filed a lawsuit.
