It was on the front page of the New York Times that Ireland had banned smoking in the workplace because all of the research added up to, look, this is dangerous.

Free will, fine, but you're not having your free will at my expense in the workplace, whether my workplace is a pub or an office.

I would absolutely ban cigarettes.

We have in my company, we don't ever work with people who have anything to do with big tobacco and that includes vapes.
