It's incredibly possible, Stephen.
I want to point out something.
After Obergefell, the sexual left felt so emboldened.
They felt like they were just going to be able to steamroll America with this transgender agenda, this transgender industry that they had built.
It's $4.5 billion, Steve.
That's not anything to scoff at.
That's a ton of money.
And they reinvest it into lobbying and PR and legislation.
I mean, this stuff doesn't just sit there in bank vaults or get spent on the yachts and the mansions for these doctors that are doing it.
It gets reinvested into expansion.
And so I think Matt Walsh is possibly very correct because the transgender industry is
miscalculated.
They thought they were gonna run over us.
They thought they were gonna steamroll us, but they didn't.
The American people fought back.
So at a minimum, even if the Democrats take over in 2028, which I'm actually very skeptical they will, but even if they do, the industry,
is going to have to factor in the additional lawsuits and the additional fact that this is now a political conflict.
And then if Republicans ever get power again, they're gonna be in even more trouble for doing this.
So I think Matt Walsh could be right, but we can't, Steve, we cannot rely on the courts.
The courts have screwed us every single time they've had the opportunity.
