I'm blessed to know lots of entrepreneurs now, especially with this podcast, I get to talk to a lot of them.

And there's one thing I realized recently that first of all, there's no real home run moment.

I think there's many small moments that lead to a home run and they compound over time.

But the key thing is with all those moments is are the founders or the operators or people involved

as they work are they waiting for the moment to slow down are they waiting for a break to relax or are they waiting for a moment to run and the way they see the weeks ahead in the months ahead tells me so much about how likely that person is to succeed because based on the story you told me with Kylie

We need the trousers 9 a.m.

tomorrow.

A founder and operator who's waiting for a moment to relax would say, 9 a.m.

tomorrow, you know,

Next time.

And next time compounds and it leads to not as many good things happening.

But you ran, you're waiting for the moment to run.

And whether or not that worked that moment, it happened to work and that's amazing.

I really do think that those good behaviors compound.

And when people are always waiting to run, just waiting for an opportunity.

To just jump in, like do that for a month.

Yeah.

I love that.
