Well, fast forward over 30 years, the property today feels like a unique time machine, but not in a way that shows a side of the world that's dated, in a way that shows a time where I think form was respected and you've still maximized the function while respecting the form, which I think is very rare.
Exactly.
It doesn't feel antique.
It feels very current, but you haven't changed anything that doesn't need to be changed.
It's pretty great.
What percentage of your guests are reoccurring guests?
And I know many of the guests have been coming for 15, 20 years even.
