When you say a pretty well-understood norm, can you explain a little bit more what you mean by that?
Sort of like what I said previously in the situation that I described between Blake and Justin and I. I assumed there was an understanding that we're not doing this anymore.
It's not appropriate anymore.
It never was appropriate.
but it's not appropriate in a workplace.
