When in reality, you didn't. You didn't fall off. It just wasn't as good as something else. That's fine. But maybe that thing will help somebody else. Who knows? Momentum has become such a key thing in my life and I've seen it work for me and against me. I see the momentum when I mess up my sleep schedule, I mess up my entire schedule in general of my life. It seeps into everything.

Everything is derailed by it and it builds momentum and I have to catch it and I have to cognizantly be like, no, I will not be staying up today. I will be going to sleep at a reasonable time and it takes everything in me to do that.

But in a similar vein, there's something to be said about consistently being like, I have a goal, I have something I'm going after, I'm going to show up every single day and make something for the people that appreciate what I make, that it helps, and also for me because it's a form of expression for me that I feel like is very healthy.

And if you don't catch it, it can really... get you down, down, down in the dumps. Now, it's one thing to have a feeling that you're like, I don't feel good. I feel bad.

Maybe it was one thing that somebody told them and they believed it and then it's just snowballed into something really ugly that they cannot accept about themselves. I mean, that's where I was going down with my weight, right? And at a certain point, I had to catch myself and be like, okay, no, I accept the way I look and instead of complaining about this, I'm going to accept myself.
