do we really spend time alone enough for us to understand that we're feeling this momentum that we're feeling good because sometimes you know it's easy to not acknowledge that you're doing good things for yourself especially if you kind of have like a self-sabotage mindset i've had that it's easy to just be like yeah i guess whatever i don't care you have to celebrate that momentum too because if you don't that power is going to slip away

And in a lot of ways, consistency really does build freedom in your life. And it does make you feel like you are in control of a lot of things.
