But I think there are going to be really interesting pieces that come out, be it kind of AI vault management or kind of more hyper-personalized model portfolio solutions or those sort of things, I think are going to become really interesting as people realize that this architecture allows them to do the same thing they do today, but a much lower cost base.
And allows them to hyper personalize, which is just a better service without scaling cost.
And so I think that's something I'm watching really hard and I'm trying to work out, you know, where where's the tipping point in terms of regulation?
Where's the tipping point in terms of critical mass for assets?
And where's the where's the tipping point for kind of client trust?
But I think that's coming and I think it's coming quite quickly.
But I think there's a lot of moving parts of the puzzle which need to kind of settle down for a while.
But I think that is going to be the next part of the market structure which completely disrupts our existing mental model and the way that we work today, be that as Bailey Gifford or any other institution around the world.
Yeah, well, I briefly mentioned that I was a singer.
I was a musician for a long while.
And I would say to people, I feel a bit weird giving people advice, but I mean, one thing I would say that's really helped me throughout my career is just being flexible and agile.
And I think music...
and art give us a really strong foundation to think about what kind of agility looks like in both a professional and a personal context, be it kind of emotional agility, be it kind of intellectual curiosity, et cetera.
But I would really encourage people to
utilize things like music, art, literature to take your mind to other directions to really flex that muscle.
So things don't feel deterministic and allow creative kind of ingenuity to really take you next.
And I think like, I honestly don't think I would have had the kind of reflexivity or confidence to go off and think about crypto and tokenization in a traditional financial firm.
if it hadn't be for the vulnerability that being a musician in front of a thousand people gives you.
So enjoy the arts for what they give us both emotionally, but also intellectually, which is to really stretch us.
Goodness, that's like asking you what your favorite blockchain is.
