This was really scary stuff.
These were care partners who had had falls and serious injuries and serious mental injuries and serious physical injuries and
overwhelming caregiver strain, there was something else happening there that required urgent attention.
That's interesting, Teresa.
But the way you ask it for goals of care is very much the same way I would approach this.
Interdisciplinary.
You know, there are recreation therapists, there are music therapists, there are art therapists, there are
Drivers, there are all kinds of things.
If we could open up our teams.
Um
Then our patients would have the opportunity to say, This I wanna fix.
And we could say, This is the person.
You mean like geriatricians?
That's why I need a magic wand.
Right.
All our music therapists are at Benny Hoff Children's.
And they're wonderful.
Wouldn't it be nice if they were on our eighth unit?
