And why it would be a great investment for people that m might have done ministry school or maybe they maybe they decided to like uh like okay, I I want something, I want to lead how I want to know how to influence and how to impact others, but I don't know how where my creativity fits.

Everyone else is learning right now that that not only has God called you to learn like the Bible and to learn specific aspects of

God's ways in seminary school or in other like church settings or ministry schools.

But he wants us to encounter him.

And so in the the leadership academy, we take time to go on encounters with God where what what we hear and what we're learning becomes flash.
