And so we give people a chance to actually lead and then get feedback from me and from others about

I'm speaking to people out there and I want you to to chime in on this too.

I think most people when they think of a leadership academy, they think of, Oh, yes, ma'am, I have to do this, I have to do that, I have to conform, I I have to it's all about um it it builds a striving mentality of perfectionism.

And that's not what we do in the Leadership Academy.

We want you to

To lead because of who you are and your relationship with God.

And so it's a totally different platform.

It's like you starting to trust.

in who you are as a leader and then let's take a risk.

Let's go over here.

And so God rewards risk, not success.
